Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field.
Experience in educational counseling or advocacy within educational institutions or similar advocacy organizations.
Strong communication skills in counseling students and interacting with stakeholders.
Effective and empathetic communication abilities.
Knowledge of counseling techniques, psychological evaluation, and personal development.
Active listening skills and providing appropriate guidance.
Effective teamwork skills collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff.
