Job Description
- Design and implement creative, inclusive, and curriculum-aligned learning programs for preschool education.
- Develop teaching materials that combine playful approaches and engaging learning methods.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable learning environment for students.
- Provide individual guidance and attention to children according to their needs.
- Collaborate with the educational team and parents for monitoring and evaluating children's development.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience as a preschool teacher or childcare provider in early childhood educational institutions is a plus.
- Possess knowledge of effective early childhood learning approaches.
- Ability to create creative and engaging lesson plans.
- Good communication skills with children and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff to achieve learning objectives.
- Demonstrate patience, cheerfulness, and high care for children's development.
- Ability to create an inclusive and child-friendly learning environment.
