- Designing training programs based on the company's Human Resources Development needs.
- Developing training materials including guides, presentations, and appropriate teaching aids.
- Conducting and delivering effective training using various teaching methods.

- Collaborating with relevant departments to identify training needs.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or related field.
- Experience in providing training or Human Resource Development is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to deliver training materials clearly and coherently.
- Proficiency in crafting training content that is easily understandable by participants.
- Ability to utilize various effective and engaging teaching methodologies.
- Proficiency in evaluating training and adjusting to participant needs.
