- Supporting the Assessor in the performance evaluation and Human Resources Development process.
- Collecting data related to employee performance assessments.
- Analyzing information related to performance evaluation and Human Resources Development.
- Compiling reports based on performance evaluation results.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- Work experience in performance assessment or Human Resources Development is considered an advantage.
- Capable of collecting and analyzing data in a structured manner.
- Understanding of performance evaluation methods.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to present information clearly in the form of reports.
