Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Education, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • Experience in training or human resource development is an added advantage.
  • Ability to design, develop, and deliver training.
  • Understanding various training methods and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver training material clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse training participants.
  • Capability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement necessary improvements.
