- Monitoring the progress of trainees and providing feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Education, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- Experience in training or human resource development is an added advantage.
- Ability to design, develop, and deliver training.
- Understanding various training methods and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver training material clearly and effectively.
- Ability to communicate with diverse training participants.
- Capability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement necessary improvements.
