PT. NAP Info Lintas Nusa (Matrix NAP Info) was established in 2000, arguably was the first neutral and independent Network Access Provider in Indonesia, while Matrix Networks Pte. Ltd. is registered in Singapore in 2006. • On 8th August 2008, Matrix Networks and NAP Info launched Matrix Cable System (MCS), the First International Private Sub-Sea Cable connecting Jakarta <> Singapore. • Matrix Cable System (MCS) constructed by Tyco – the leading technology partner for submarine deployment at the time. We have recently upgrading and adopting Ciena technology, another prominent world class player in optical connectivity. • Cable spans 1055 km from Jakarta <> Singapore with one active Branching Unit in Batam and two additional Branching Units provide the ability to extend the network to other existing cable or anywhere within South East Asia / Australia. • Both Single and Double Armored cable is utilized extensively on high risk areas, while lightweight armored cable is used on the remaining segments. • 12ms Latency between Jakarta <> Singapore and capacity up to 60 Tbps, with 2.7 Tbps lit.
