Job Description

  1. Ensuring the adherence to internal rules, processes, and compliance regulations

  2. Participating in initiatives to improve quality assurance practices

  3. Confirm service level and transaction compliance (including service level and complaint).

  4. Compiling detailed information about complaints, unusual, and suspicious transactions.

  5. Report work results and important issues to the manager on time.

Job Requirement

  1. Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience

  2. Able to operate Microsoft Office

  3. Have strong analytical and logical abilities.

  4. Have a high sense of persuasive manner.
