Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
Experience in teaching or supporting education, particularly in using educational teaching aids, is an added advantage.
Good communication skills to explain lesson concepts in a way easily understood by students.
Ability to interact with students effectively and amicably.
Creativity in using teaching aids to make learning more engaging and interactive.
Strong understanding of various educational teaching aids and the ability to apply these aids in the learning process.
