Job Description
Supporting the Assessor in the performance evaluation and Human Resources Development process.
Collecting data related to employee performance assessments.
Analyzing information related to performance evaluation and Human Resources Development.
Compiling reports based on performance evaluation results.
Job Requirement
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Work experience in performance assessment or Human Resources Development is considered an advantage.
Capable of collecting and analyzing data in a structured manner.
Understanding of performance evaluation methods.
Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Ability to present information clearly in the form of reports.
