Providing administrative support to project managers and project teams in managing project documents, including creation, organization, and maintenance of project files.
Coordinating meeting schedules, scheduling, and arranging travel when necessary for the project team.
Managing office inventory and supplies, and monitoring office and project-related needs.
Assisting in the procurement process for necessary project goods or services, including monitoring orders and deliveries.
Handling internal and external communications related to the project, including conveying messages between relevant parties.
Job Requirement
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
Work experience in administration or project support in the construction industry is a plus.
Good computer proficiency, especially in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills in managing project documents and schedules.
