Job Description

  • Supervising day-to-day production processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards and schedules. 
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation procedures in the production area.
  • Managing and ensuring efficient utilization of raw materials, equipment, and manpower in production. 
  • Leading the production team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to team members. 
  • Collaborating with related departments such as Quality Management, R&D, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth production and product development.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in the food and beverage industry in a production supervision role.
  • In-depth understanding of food and beverage production processes, food safety, and sanitation.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing the production team and motivating team members.
  • Analytical ability to evaluate production processes and identify ways to improve efficiency. 
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.
