Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
Minimum of 1 years' experience in the food and beverage industry in a production supervision role.
In-depth understanding of food and beverage production processes, food safety, and sanitation.
Strong leadership skills in managing the production team and motivating team members.
Analytical ability to evaluate production processes and identify ways to improve efficiency.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.
