Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Business Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Work experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong communication skills to negotiate with vendors and interact with various stakeholders.
Ability to draft purchase documents and contracts clearly and accurately.
Possesses analytical skills to evaluate bids, prices, and product/service specifications.
Understanding of materials and equipment used in construction projects.
