Job Description

  • Executing the procurement process of materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements. 
  • Evaluating and selecting vendors or service providers in line with the company's standards.
  • Negotiating prices, terms, and purchasing conditions with vendors. 
  • Ensuring material availability aligns with project schedules by monitoring stock and deliveries.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Business Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Work experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong communication skills to negotiate with vendors and interact with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to draft purchase documents and contracts clearly and accurately.
  • Possesses analytical skills to evaluate bids, prices, and product/service specifications.
  • Understanding of materials and equipment used in construction projects.
