Customer Relation Officer


Job Description

  • Maintaining good relationships with customers during and after construction project execution.
  • Promptly and effectively handling customer inquiries, complaints, or requests. 
  • Coordinating information between customers and internal departments to address customer needs or issues. 
  • Providing accurate information about the project, including schedules and progress.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in any major.
  • Experience in customer service roles or related fields, particularly in the construction industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in interacting with customers.
  • Ability to resolve issues and explain information clearly and amiably to customers.
  • Understanding the fundamental principles of the construction industry and relevant technical terms will be an added advantage.
