Maintaining good relationships with customers during and after construction project execution.
Promptly and effectively handling customer inquiries, complaints, or requests.
Coordinating information between customers and internal departments to address customer needs or issues.
Providing accurate information about the project, including schedules and progress.

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in any major.
Experience in customer service roles or related fields, particularly in the construction industry, is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in interacting with customers.
Ability to resolve issues and explain information clearly and amiably to customers.
Understanding the fundamental principles of the construction industry and relevant technical terms will be an added advantage.
