Job Description
- Executing the procurement process of materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
- Evaluating and selecting vendors or service providers in line with the company's standards.
- Negotiating prices, terms, and purchasing conditions with vendors.
- Ensuring material availability aligns with project schedules by monitoring stock and deliveries.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Business Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Work experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong communication skills to negotiate with vendors and interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to draft purchase documents and contracts clearly and accurately.
- Possesses analytical skills to evaluate bids, prices, and product/service specifications.
- Understanding of materials and equipment used in construction projects.
