Job Description

  • Providing administrative support to project managers and project teams in managing project documents, including creation, organization, and maintenance of project files.
  • Coordinating meeting schedules, scheduling, and arranging travel when necessary for the project team.
  • Managing office inventory and supplies, and monitoring office and project-related needs.
  • Assisting in the procurement process for necessary project goods or services, including monitoring orders and deliveries.
  • Handling internal and external communications related to the project, including conveying messages between relevant parties.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
  • Work experience in administration or project support in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Good computer proficiency, especially in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Strong organizational skills in managing project documents and schedules.
