Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant work experience in construction project supervision, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of construction engineering principles and project management.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and project specifications.
- Ability to identify and efficiently resolve technical issues.
- Strong leadership abilities to coordinate the technical team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage work schedules and prioritize tasks.
