Job Description

  • Supporting the Assessor in the performance evaluation and Human Resources Development process. 
  • Collecting data related to employee performance assessments. 
  • Analyzing information related to performance evaluation and Human Resources Development.
  • Compiling reports based on performance evaluation results.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • Work experience in performance assessment or Human Resources Development is considered an advantage.
  • Capable of collecting and analyzing data in a structured manner.
  • Understanding of performance evaluation methods.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to present information clearly in the form of reports.
