  • Designing training programs based on the company's Human Resources Development needs.
  • Developing training materials including guides, presentations, and appropriate teaching aids.
  • Conducting and delivering effective training using various teaching methods. 
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and making improvements when necessary. 
  • Collaborating with relevant departments to identify training needs.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or related field.
  • Experience in providing training or Human Resource Development is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to deliver training materials clearly and coherently.
  • Proficiency in crafting training content that is easily understandable by participants.
  • Ability to utilize various effective and engaging teaching methodologies.
  • Proficiency in evaluating training and adjusting to participant needs.
